Joe DeFrancesco brings over 40 years of experience in personal development and coaching to the table. As one of the first ICF Group certified coaches in New Jersey, he has launched a results proven online course where he is teaching people to truly “self-help” themselves . Some of his certifications and training range from Mindfulness, Mediation, Hypnosis, Eft, NLP and of course Life Coaching.
