Privacy Policy

What we collect when you buy the course, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Short version: your name, your email, what you bought — and never your card number.

What we collect

WhatWhyWhere it comes from
Your name and email addressTo deliver the course, send your receipt, and answer support requestsYou, at checkout
Purchase records — what you bought, when, the amount, and subscription statusTo give you access to what you paid for, and for our accounts and tax recordsStripe
Basic website usage — pages viewed, referring page, approximate location from IP address, browser typeTo understand which pages work and where visitors come fromOur own analytics on this site
Emails we send you and whether they were deliveredTo confirm your course access actually arrivedOur email provider

We never see your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number, expiry and security code go straight to Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored by us. We receive only the last four digits, the card brand, and whether the payment succeeded.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, health information, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the Program:

Cookies and tracking

This site uses a small first-party identifier so our analytics can tell a returning visit from a new one. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention — that is governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not this one.

If you reach this site from an advertisement, the advertising platform may add tracking parameters to the link. We use those only to understand which campaign brought you here.

Email

After you buy, we email you your receipt and your course access. Those are necessary to the purchase and you cannot opt out of them while you have an active purchase or subscription.

If we send you anything else — updates, offers, new material — every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your access to what you have bought.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as you have access to the Program, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes — generally seven years. Website analytics are kept in a form that is not linked to your name.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or send you a copy. Email support@selfcoachingmasters.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your information means we can no longer give you access to the Program, so download your files first. We may need to keep a minimal record of the transaction itself for tax purposes even after deleting the rest.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU GDPR. We apply the rights described above to everyone regardless of location.

Children

The Program is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers are primarily located there, so if you are outside the US your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you by email.
