Refund Policy

The course and the book

Every one-time purchase — the $47 course, and the $57 course-and-book option — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Email support@selfcoachingmasters.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the address you bought with, and ask for a refund. We will process it to your original payment method. No form, no phone call, no explanation required.

Refunds normally reach your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. You keep nothing after a refund — your access ends and the licence in our Terms is withdrawn — but we are not going to chase you for files you have already downloaded. We are trusting you to be straight with us.

The monthly membership

If you took the $67 option, the first month of membership is included in that price and is covered by the 30-day guarantee above along with the rest of it.

After that, membership bills monthly. You can cancel at any time, from your member account page or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again.

We do not refund a month that has already started, because you have had access to it — but we will never charge you for a month you did not want. If a renewal caught you by surprise, tell us and we will sort it out; that is not a fight we are interested in having.

Cancelling the membership does not affect the course or the book. Those stay yours.

If something is broken

If a file will not download, an audio lesson will not play, or you never received your access email, that is not a refund situation — it is our problem to fix. Email us and we will get it to you, usually the same day. We would much rather fix it than refund it.

Where this does not apply

• If your access was terminated for misconduct or a breach of our Terms, no refund is due.
• If you have already had a refund on a previous purchase of the same product, we may decline a second one.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live. If you are in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase; because our products are digital and delivered immediately, that right is ordinarily waived once download begins — but our 30-day guarantee is more generous than the statutory minimum, so in practice you are better off under this policy either way.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please email us before contacting your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes weeks to resolve; an email usually takes a day, and we have never refused a reasonable refund request.
