These are the terms you agree to when you buy the Self Coaching Masters course. Section 3 covers the monthly membership and how to cancel it — if you are taking the $67 option, read that one properly.
1. Who we are
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Self Coaching Masters course and any add-ons (together, "the Program"). The Program is provided by Self Coaching Masters, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, of 1776 Polk Street, Suite 1410, Hollywood, FL 33020, USA ("we", "us"). Joe DeFrancesco is the author and instructor.
By buying or using the Program you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
2. What you are buying

All prices are in US dollars. The course and book are delivered digitally, immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped.
3. The membership renews. Please read this part.
If you choose the $67 option, you are starting a subscription. The $67 covers the course, the book and your first month of membership. After that first month, membership continues at $27 per month and is charged automatically to the payment method you used, until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
To cancel, use your member account page or email support@selfcoachingmasters.com. Cancelling stops future charges; it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. You keep the course and the book permanently either way.
The $27 founding rate is limited to the first 50 members and is locked for life for those members. If that limit has been reached when you subscribe, the standard rate applies and the price shown at checkout will say so. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
We will give you at least 14 days' notice by email before any change to your recurring price. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your receipt comes from Stripe on our behalf. If a payment fails, we may retry it; if it keeps failing, access to the subscription part of the Program may pause until it succeeds.
5. Your licence to use the material
When you buy the Program, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal development. You may download, print and keep them.
You may not resell, republish, share publicly, upload to file-sharing or AI-training services, or distribute the materials, in whole or in part, or use them to teach, coach or train others commercially. We own the copyright in everything we produce.
6. "Lifetime access"
Where we say lifetime access, we mean this: the files are yours to keep permanently once downloaded, and we will keep them available to you online for as long as we operate the Program. We recommend you download them. If we ever discontinue the Program, we will give existing buyers reasonable notice and a final opportunity to download everything.
7. Disclaimer
The Program is provided for educational and personal-development purposes only.
Not professional advice. Joe DeFrancesco is a coach, not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, attorney or financial advisor. Nothing in the Program is medical, mental-health, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment or therapy. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about a medical or mental-health condition, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something in the Program.
Not a crisis service. The Program does not provide emergency or crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental-health emergency or are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
No guaranteed results. Personal growth depends on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome. Individual results vary, and any examples or testimonials are illustrations, not promises of your results.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions, and for deciding whether any practice or suggestion in the Program is appropriate for you. You participate at your own risk.
8. Conduct and removal
Membership is a privilege and continued access depends on respectful participation. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you: violate these Terms or our community guidelines; engage in harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech or other harmful conduct toward members or staff; share, copy or misuse other members' information or the Program's content; engage in unlawful activity; or otherwise act in a way we reasonably determine to be harmful to the community or the Program. We may also remove content that violates these standards.
If your access is terminated for misconduct or a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of fees paid.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Coaching Masters, LLC and Joe DeFrancesco shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Program. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects you as a subscriber, we will tell you by email before it applies to you.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
